岗位职责:

  • 根据市场营销经理的指示和部门营业目标、销售重点,制定具体的销售计划,并认真加以实施;
  • 高级销售经理负责领导和监督团队销售;
  • 有效的监督销售经理日常销售活动,并负有指导销售和培训的责任;
  • 带领团队实施行动计划并提出市场营销计划的目标;

岗位要求:

  • 个性成熟,表达能力强;
  • 在类似大型酒店至少3年的以上会展销售工作履历;
  • 对本地及国内市场有及深度的认知;
  • 擅长与人互动,沟通;
  • 良好的销售和谈判技巧;
  • 在销售上信心及积极进取的欲望;
  • 良好的团队合作精神;

Midtown Shangri-La, Hangzhou is located in West Lake Hubin Area, within 5-10 minutes' walking distance of West Lake and subway. We are looking for Sales Manager

As Sales Manager, we rely on you to

  • According to the marketing manager's instructions and departmental business objectives, sales focus, the formulation of specific sales plans, and carefully implemented;
  • Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supervising team sales;
  • Supervise sales manager's daily sales activities effectively, and have responsibility to guide sales and training;
  • Lead the team to implement the action plan and propose the target of the marketing plan;

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Mature personality, strong expression ability;
  • At least 3 years of exhibition sales experience in similar large hotels;
  • Have a deep understanding of local and domestic markets;
  • Good at interacting with people, communicating;
  • Good sales and negotiation skills;
  • The desire to be confident and aggressive in sales;
  • Good team work spirit;
