Director of Pharmacy

工作职责

• Medication management and use – Overseeing and monitoring UFH overall quality standard and medication safety related policies, ensure compliance with government policies and regulations

• Leads the development and implementation of marketing goals and strategies related to innovative drugs to meet business growth goals.

• Achieve objective performance goals for UFH inventory management and maintain UFH drug formulary

• Formulation of clinical pathways and protocols to make best use of UFH's pharmacy services

• Oversees UFH pharmacy residency program and other programs to enhance pharmacy talent development

• Working with DIG to strengthen EMR functionality and implementation with relation to medications

• Assessment of needs for improvement or upgrade to existing UFH facilities related to medication management;

• Chair and manages the Pharmacy Network and Immunisation Network

Other Duties Performed:

• Secretary General of UFH Drug Formulary Committee

• Provides drug education and updates for all healthcare team.

• Other tasks as periodically assigned by UFH VPMA

任职要求
Qualifications:

• Graduate of a reputable pharmacy school with bachelor of pharmacy degree minimum

• 5 years work experience in the international pharmacy setting or 10 years experience in local setting, with the last 2 years in the clinical administrative team

• Registered pharmacist with active license.
Skills:

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Have excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge:

• Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice.

• Knowledge of drug information and clinical skills pertinent to medication management
