If so, this role is for you 工作职责 / Key Responsibilities 1.管理运营大型商超业务。负责客户的整体策略/目标设定,日常运营及跟进,对生意负责。 2.外部和客户建立战略合作伙伴关系,客户策略及品类发展,帮助品类增长。 3.内部和MKT,TMKT等部门协同完成portfolio,新品,020,客户/消费者营销等抓手的规划及落地; 4.管理ROI,和财务团队管理年度,季度,月度花费,对客户P&L负责。 5.制定会员店渠道的发展策略和商品规划,负责会员店渠道发展。 6.协助销售团队业绩增长,激励和发展团队成员。 关于你/任职资格 About You/Qualifications
- Experience:10年以上工作经验,5年以上大型超市KA客户管理,有会员店,TMKT管理经验优先。
- Education:本科及以上 3.零售行业,客户管理,团队管理经验
