Our client is a top FMCG company, their HQ in located at Lujiazui Shanghai, and their plant is located at Yangshan(Lingang), Shanghai.

About the Role

Works as a significant contact window between the Plant and HQ.

*Perm base Yangshan (Lingang), Shanghai

Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the full life-cycle of plant's 40 FTE and the seasonal blue-collar workers, independently provide all HR functional support, include Recruitment, C&B, Training & Development, and Employee Relation.
  • Deeply participate in the annual financial budgeting and planning cycle, make influence and shape yearly strategy on people cost and people retention.

Preferred Profiles:

  • Able to work and live at Yangshan(Lingang), Pudong and commute to Lujiazui HQ for weekly reporting
  • Speaks fluent English and strong communication skills
  • Solid Plant HR generalist role, with deep knowledge in HR budgeting and C&B
