该职位来源于猎聘 Mission Your mission is to lead and perform the industrialization activities, especially in the mechanical machining process and assembly process side, for new product development and existing products' optimization. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be part of the industrialization team, and be as a machining expert role to provide expertise, collaborate with headquarters, R&D, sourcing, quality team and machining suppliers to optimize the mechanical parts internally and suppliers' side on cost, quality, lead time. • Lead and perform the machining feasibility study and mechanical drawing review from machining process side for new product development and existing products, to achieve best practice on cost, quality, lead time
• Collaborating with machining suppliers and internal team, to define and select the machining process for mechanical parts of new products and existing products, respecting cost, quality and lead time
• Work closely with R&D team and suppliers to design and review mechanical parts from machining side in new product development phase
• Work closely with sourcing team to provide expertise in machining side to achieve cost down for new products and existing products and support to develop new machining suppliers
• Work closely with quality team to provide expertise in machining side to improve the mechanical parts' quality and solve the quality issues with quality team and suppliers
• Continuous improvement on quality, cost, lead time for machining parts of mass production products
• Technical documents creation including drawings, machining guidelines, Lesson & Learn
• Perform other duties as assigned Assembly:
• Collaborate with headquarters, R&D, and production teams to define the bill of process for new products assembled in-house
• Pilot industrialization of new product assembly activities, including assembly design, work instruction, layout in industrialization phase for new productions
• Design and implement the assembly workbench, tooling, fixture, jigs for new products and existing products assembly activities
• Work closely with machining and integration suppliers to implement the assembly lines Safety:
• Strictly follow the safety procedures and instructions during the travel and at the workplaces in company, suppliers' and business partners' facility, and correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment according to instruction. Actively participate in safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risks to prevent accidents. 任务职责包括但不限于: 工业化(机加工):

• 与质量团队密切配合,从机加工角度提供专业建议,提升机加工零件质量,并协同解决质量问题
• 持续推动量产产品机加工零件在质量、成本与交付周期方面的优化与改进
• 负责相关技术文件的编制,包括图纸、机加工指导书及经验总结等
• 完成上级交办的其他工作任务 工业化(装配):
• 与总部、研发和生产团队合作,确定内部组装的新产品的工艺流程
• 主导和完成新产品工业化阶段的零件组装设计,作业文件,装配线布局等
• 负责新产品及现有产品装配线所需的工作台、工装、夹具的设计和实施
• 与机加工及集成供应商紧密协作,完成装配生产线的工业化 安全责任:
• 在公司、供应商和合作伙伴的工作场所及出差期间,严格遵守安全规程和指示,并按照指示正确佩戴个人防护装备。积极参加安全培训、自学等活动;报告安全隐患,防止事故发生 Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, master's degree is plus
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in machining industry or relevant industry
• Experience in assembly (methods or industrialization) would be a plus Knowledge & Skills:
• Competence in CNC machining process (Turning/Milling/Drilling/Grinding/EDM/etc.). Experience with CNC programming and Gear machining process (Hobbing, Shaping, Broaching, etc.) is a plus
• Master at least one 3D software (Creo, SolidWorks, Catia, NX etc.). Experience with PDMLink and SAP is a plus
• Deep understanding of common material and treatment used on mechanical parts
• Familiar with geometrical dimensioning and tolerance
• Basic office software skill is required
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Chinese and English needs to be fluent and technical (both spoken and written), working in an international team is a plus Personality & Behavior Traits:

• 机械或制造工程专业本科以上学历,硕士学历优先
• 5年以上机加工或相关行业工作经验
• 具备装配的经验(工艺或工业化经验)将是一个加分项 知识技能:
• 熟练掌握CNC机加工工艺(车、铣、钻、磨、电火花等);具备数控系统编程和齿轮加工工艺(滚齿,插齿、拉齿等)经验者优先
• 掌握至少一种3D软件和2D绘图(Creo Parametric, SolidWorks, Catia, NX等),有PDMLink和SAP经验者优先
• 对机加件产品常用材料和表面处理方式有深入的了解
• 熟悉几何尺寸和公差
• 掌握基本的办公软件技能
• 有能力同时处理多个项目
• 流利的技术型中英文表达(口语和书面),有国际团队工作经验者优先 性格和行为特质:
