Description
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct project administrative tasks/activities and maintain the project information tables as assigned by the line manager.

  • Coordinate and participate in project meeting activities, including meetings / trainings arrangement, preparation and/or edit and integration of meeting minutes, presentation slides.

  • Project documents and materials (Hard and soft copies) management such as scan/filing/tracking etc.

  • Support PM to track and update the project details in systems (progress and budget/cost).

  • Assist with technical preparation of audits.

  • As required, maintain technical and office equipment (Copy machines, printers, etc.) in cooperation with local IT/Facilities.

  • As required, order office supplies and maintain stock levels.

  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:


College diploma in life science, nursing or related background preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive and positive to perform tasks assigned.

  • MS Office skills.

  • Strong customer focus both internally and externally.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and achieve project timelines, Sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks.

  • Effective time management in order to meet daily metrics or team objectives.

  • Shows commitment to and performs consistently high-quality work.
