Piping Design Engineer 管路设计工程师(J10789)

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述:

• Design order related product's piping according to order requirement and company net plan. 根据合同要求和公司网络计划完成合同相关的产品管路设计。
• During the process of pump design and development, follow the direction of product design engineer., finish the design of piping in UG system including assembly drawing, component drawing & parts drawing.

泵开发设计过程中,在产品工程师指导下,完成管路的UG设计, 包括总装图、部件图、零件图。

• Apply to create material ID and material BOM for piping. 申请创建所需管路的物料号和物料清单。
• As the client required,finish the piping design for pump group in UG system including assembly drawing, component drawing & piping BOM.

根据客户要求完成泵组管路设计,包括总装图、部件图及清单编制。

• Design relevant products according to product design procedure and be responsible for one's design quality. 根据产品设计流程设计相关产品并对其设计质量负责。
• Prepare and release order related piping BOM. 编制和释放合同相关的管路零件清单。
• Handle the design of pump baseplate and piping with instrumentation and the preparation of documentation for key projects 负责泵管路及仪表的设计和文件的编制。
• Deal with all kinds of problems in one's work. 处理在其工作过程中出现的各类问题。
• Provide necessary technical support to sales, manufacturing, purchasing, inspection and service etc. 对销售、生产、采购、检验、售后服务等提供必要的技术支持。
• Manage the design process of order execution, including design input review and coordination of open issue of design input,control of design schedule. 管理合同项目设计过程,包括设计输入的评审及待定项跟踪协调和设计进度控制。
• Provide piping design support to nuclear. 特殊项目提供管路设计支持(核电)
• Administer technical activities as per ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO45001.

按公司质量体系有关内容执行技术活动。

• Obey the other works arranged by the supervisor. 服从上级其他工作安排。 任职要求:
• Bachelor Degree or above 本科以上学历
• At least 2 years of work experience in piping design or pump industry.至少2年以上的管路设计或泵行业工作经验。
• Professional skill & Special skill / 专业技能和特殊技能要求

Skillful application and design of pump, valve, joint, pipe and relevant standards. 熟练应用和设计泵,阀,管件,管道及相关标准。 Mechanical Auto CAD and UG (or similar 3D design software)skillful. 熟练的机械Auto CAD和UG(或类似的3D设计软件)操作技能。 Good oral, written and read English. 较好的说、写和读的英语。 Skilled in Office software, SAP. 熟悉办公软件和SAP系统。
