产品开发/PD Leader

该职位来源于猎聘 **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Be responsible for all product design milestone fulfilment, interface with Clients. Act as the Key man of project development, experts of products, make sure all product design meet the Yield and UPPH in different stage accordingly.
• Responsible for defining manufacturing specifications by demonstrated process capability to the industrial and product design functional teams.
• Manage the definition of processes through design of experiments including all process parameters & a thorough understanding of material properties and limitations.
• Collaborate with the functional engineering team and the supply chain team on product design and manufacturing feasibility, along with definition of the cosmetic requirements for new projects.
• Leading product managers, Play a leading role by providing direction to the team for the product development process by completing Design for Manufacturing (DFM) on client specifications & influence client specifications through design recommendations and the use of statistical tools.
• Evaluate the process and tooling requirements for new projects, manage risks associated with early production builds.
• Implement continuous process improvement measures from initial product design through to production ramp of new development projects. **职责与责任:** *

评估新项目的工艺和模具要求,管理与早期生产构建相关的风险。 *

从初始产品设计到新开发项目量产爬坡,实施持续流程改进措施。 **QUALIFICATIONS:** **任职资格:** **EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:**

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years experience in a product development role – with 5+ years management experience in leading an engineering or product development team.
• Strong technical experience in consumer electronics or accessory hardware product development along with manufacturing process development.
• Experience working on products with challenging tolerances and high cosmetic requirements and a proven track record of delivering products to market.
• Demonstrated DFM experience and experience in new materials/process research along with innovative processing solutions for high volume consumer electronic manufacturing.
• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical ability and understanding of the quality requirements for highly engineered consumer electronic accessory products.
• Demonstrated project management skills, problem solving skills and a proven track record of project design management. **经验与技能:** *

具备经证实的项目管理技能、解决问题技能以及项目设计管理的成功经验。 **REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:**

• Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills is a must.
• Must be able to function independently, be a strong team leader and decision maker with an ability to influence design through manufacturing capability.
