You will join China Purchasing Team and base in Suzhou , your main responsibilities are 你将加入中国区采购团队,工作地点为苏州,您的只要工作职责包括:

  • To be responsible for fulfilling purchasing activities of indirect material request from different departments 负责实施来自不同部门的间接物料采购需求的采购;
  • To assess and develop new potential suppliers and to maintain the supplier database to be most competitive in market 评估、开发新的潜在供应商,维护以达成市场上具有竞争力的供应商群体
  • To request for quotation from supplier side and make quotation comparison 根据流程询价并比价分析;
  • Negotiating with suppliers for commercial terms to nominate supplier and ensure the best lead time and price 与供应商进行商务方面的谈判,选定合适的供应商并确保优质的交货周期和价格;
  • To be responsible for contracting, ordering, following up order/delivery and payment arrangement for purchased goods; To maintain the relevant contracts and keep all records up to date 负责采购物品的合同审核、订单维护、订单交货及付款等方面;维护相关合同,确保所有信息及时更新;
  • To solve the problems related to supplier; Supplier Performance management 解决供应商相关的日常问题;供应商绩效管理;
  • Commodity management 品类管理
  • Lead project if necessary 主导并推动一些特定项目的实施
  • Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work.
  • 理解、接受并遵守日常工作中HSE相关责任承诺
  • Participate in making and leading the team to implement the relevant safety regulations for contractors.参与制定并执行对承包商的相关安全管理规定。
  • Familiar with safety risks of the position, and actively report safety risks 熟知岗位安全隐患、积极上报安全隐患
  • Practice the four do no harm culture and believe in a zero tolerance culture 践行四不伤害文化、相信零容忍文化
  • Familiar with safe working practices 安全作业规范熟知
  • Complete safety training 完成安全培训
  • Others assigned by line manager 直线经理安排的其他工作

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree or above with preferred major in Cable, Electrics or Mechanic 本科或以上学历,物流,电子或机械材料等工科专业优先考虑
  • Rich experience in indirect purchasing especially for Capex, Construction etc 丰富的间接物料尤其是资产,基建, 物流,MRO,EHS采购的经验
  • Good ability of cost analysis 良好的成本分析能力
  • Project management experience is a plus 有项目管理经验优先
