About the Role

Assist test engineer to support speaker functional test, maintain test system,test tool and failure analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain manufacturing test process (work instruction and forms) for transducers.
  • Assist test engineer to verify and implement test equipment.
  • Fabricate and verify test tooling and fixtures to support new product launches and continuous improvement activities.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities on test equipment, tooling and fixtures.
  • Maintain spare part management.
  • Provide production line support in day-to-day operations i.e. test equipment and program trouble shooting.
  • Perform annual calibration on test equipment.
  • Provide trouble shooting support to production related to acoustic test results.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Education: Minimum Electrical or Communication Engineering junior college or above.
  • Have experience in Electrical engineering background, transducer experience in priority.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Volunteer accept day or night shift working hours.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Work in a multi-culture environment.
  • Team player.
  • Multi- task process.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Acoustic testing experience preferred. Knowledge with Soundcheck test equipment and software is a big plus.
  • Familiar with other acoustic measurement system such as Klippel, LSM is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts preferred.
  • Ability to understand and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, diagrams, engineering specifications and operating instructions.
  • Familiar with Windows based computer software applications.
