Job Description / 工作职责

  • Drive international market expansion by proactively identifying and acquiring new overseas clients, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Represent the company at key domestic and international trade exhibitions to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads.

  • Establish, develop, and manage a robust network of distributors and agents within your assigned territory.

  • 在所负责的区域建立、发展并管理经销商及代理商网络。

  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to agents on our products and sales strategies to maximize their performance.

  • 为代理商提供持续的产品、策略培训与支持,助力其提升业绩。

  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing timely and insightful reports to the management team.

  • 密切关注区域市场动态、竞争对手信息及客户反馈,并向管理层提供及时、有价值的市场分析报告。

Qualifications & Requirements / 任职要求

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Foreign Languages & Trade, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 本科及以上学历,外语外贸、生物医学工程或相关专业。

  • Fluent in English; ability to use English effectively as a primary working language. Prior overseas study or work experience is a strong advantage.

  • 英语流利,能将英语作为工作语言。有海外学习或工作经验者优先。

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in overseas sales, with a demonstrated ability in managing and growing distributor/agent relationships.

  • 拥有2年以上海外销售经验,擅长管理和拓展经销商/代理商关系。

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different cultures and time zones.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and possesses a strong desire to build a long-term career in the medical device industry.
