客户解决方案专员在地区经理的领导和辅导下,负责所辖区域内的产品学术推广和客户专业支持,如拜访客户传递/沟通/反馈药品信息、召开产品学术推广活动等,从而实现工作目标(包括但不限于专业技能、行为、合规及业绩等综合考评目标)。

主要工作和任务
在公司政策和程序指引下向客户提供及时准确的专业支持,建立合作伙伴关系。 在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访,实现工作目标。 在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种学术会议或活动。 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式,收集市场和客户反馈的信息,进行分析,反馈和建议。 与上级经理,同事和其他部门的业务伙伴保持有效的联络,发现和促进各种合作机会。 在上级经理的辅导下,把握各种学习机会不断提升专业知识和能力。 执行公司推行的各项新举措,在公司政策和程序引导下探索创新和优化的机会。 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
