We are looking for an A-Player to become our Project Management Assistant and join our amazing team, sharing our passion for Digital Transformation to help deliver bespoke strategies and solutions to empower our clients on their digitalization journeys in China and Asia.

About you
As a Project Management Assistant, you will play a key role within the ITC organization.

-You will be the ambassador of ITC to promote the ITC brand to companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500

-Your work and action will have a direct strategic impact on the performance of the company

-You will work with the most influential minds in the digital world besides interacting with the entire Production Team of ITC

-You will play a key role in a fast-growing organization - the more we grow, the more you grow Responsibilities

-Accurately input and update data in Excel files

-Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of data input

-Solve problems related to data input, such as missing or incorrect data

-Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement

-Maintain data confidentiality and security

-Support Production and Strategy & Consulting team on daily tasks

-Organize and store electronic and hard-copy files

-Build Keynote decks with Strategy & Consulting team

-Participate in quotation building

-Monitor staff time tracking

-Monitor and support PM weekly and monthly reports

-Monitor and support maintenance timesheet updates

-QC support on projects

-Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

-Good English communication skills, both written and verbal

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

-Good attitude towards work and willingness to learn

-Proactive and highly responsible at work

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

-High attention to detail and accuracy
