Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leasing Planning: Formulate and implement leasing strategies to attract a diverse mix of premium retail, lifestyle, and F&B brands, ensuring alignment with the mall's positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Tenant Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants across luxury, lifestyle, and F&B categories, ensuring brand synergy and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Lease Negotiation: Lead end-to-end lease negotiations, renewals, and documentation processes, working closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities across retail, lifestyle, and F&B sectors to inform leasing decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior leasing staff, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular leasing reports, performance reviews, and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making by senior management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of leasing experience, preferably in luxury retail or premium commercial properties.
  • Proven track record in lease negotiation and tenant acquisition.
  • Strong network within the luxury retail industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English ,Cantonese and Mandarin
