We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities 


•    Own the requirement gathering and data analysis issues and ensure its resolution by engaging appropriate teams.

•    Creation and own the Business requirement documents

•    Elicit the requirements through workshops facilitation 

•    Manage User Stories in the team repository

•    Define and execute the Test Strategy

•    Coordinate with business teams to get final sign-offs

•    Provide Post Production Support after Go-live in terms of addressing business queries. Ensure compliance to HSBC process, procedures, and controls 

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications


•    IT Business Analyst with at least 5+ years of experience in Banking/Finance Domain

•    Strong business analysis, requirements gathering and design thinking skills with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects

•    Experience in Change management and adoption processes to enable smooth transitions until business as usual, from requirements gathering to training the final user.

•    Strong and proven communication skills

•    Experience in defining test strategies and test plans

•    Experience in data analysis and proficiency in SQL

•    Experience in producing estimates and analysis plan

•    Hands-on experience on stories management through tooling (JIRA and Confluence)
