KYC Representative

Role summary - Be a KYC Representative, you will responsible for client onboarding review and approve, you will have chance to work closely with rest of ops team as well as business team.

What you'll do

  • Review and approve customers' onboarding and additional services request with Payoneer as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) process
  • Follow up the escalations from contact center and continue to support the customer journey with Payoneer
  • Be the POC for business escalations, provide insights/progress updates on the cases and resolve the case in a fast and accurate manner
  • Identify potential issues/opportunities from the daily work and escalate to manager for further follow-up
  • Assist and engage in additional projects/tasks assigned

Who you are

  • Strong customer-centric service mindset and skill
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Good learning agility
  • Good English verbal and written skill
  • Native mandarin speaker (or close to native)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work under pressure with time constraint
  • KYC knowledge will be a plus
  • College degree or above
  • 2+ years working experience
