Responsibilities: 1. 协助总账完成月度关账、报表准备,及月度税务申报; Assist general ledger to complete monthly closing, report preparation, and monthly tax declaration. 2. 协助收款登记和学生信息维护, 协助办理银行相关业务; Assist in collection registration and student information maintenance, assist in bank related business 3. 协助付款及报销单据审核,发票归集和系统录入,付款申请准备 Assist in payment and reimbursement document review, invoice collection and system entry, payment application preparation. 4. 整理装订会计凭证; Collate and bind accounting vouchers 5. 财务部人员交代的其他任务。 Other tasks assigned by finance department personnel. Requirements: 1. 会计学或财务管理相关专业本科; Bachelor's degree in accounting or financial management 2. 尽快入职,每周保证至少两天工作时间; Start as soon as possible and ensure at least 2 days per week 3. 熟练操作Excel,Adobe等办公软件; Proficient in Excel, Adobe and other office software 4. 英语沟通能力良好; Good English communication skills. 5. 工作严谨细致,具有良好的团队精神 Rigorous and meticulous work, with good team spirit
