Senior Manager, Internal Communications and Branding
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our internal communications and corporate branding efforts across China. You are expected to excel in crafting compelling narratives, driving digital engagement, and building a cohesive culture that aligns with our company's vision and values. You will base in Shanghai, directly report to Senior Director of Corporate Affairs & Clinical Education.

In this role, you will be the voice and brand guardian for our organization. Your core mission is to engage employees, unify our culture, and elevate our corporate identity through strategic communications and branding.
- Develop & Execute Internal Communications Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan to engage employees and foster a strong, unified corporate culture. Partner with senior leadership to craft clear, compelling messages that drive alignment with business goals.
- Lead Content Creation & Storytelling: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various internal platforms, including newsletters, intranet updates, executive communications, and video. Drive storytelling initiatives that highlight employee achievements, company milestones, and core leadership messages.
- Drive Corporate Digital & Social Media Presence: Oversee the daily operation and strategy of key digital platforms, including the corporate website and social media channels. Ensure a strong, engaging, and consistent corporate presence that aligns with our overall branding and communication goals.
- Champion Corporate Branding Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of branding initiatives that enhance our corporate identity and turn employees into brand advocates. Support employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent through powerful internal and external messaging.
More about you:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, branding, or a related role within a large organization, preferably in a multinational company.
- Proven expertise in digital communications, content marketing, and social media strategy. Strong background in project management with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and executive messaging for a cross-cultural audience.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in measuring communication effectiveness and using insights to optimize strategies.
