AI Product Manager

【岗位职责 | Responsibilities】

1. 参与AI技术(特指LLM相关技术)在生物医药领域(以创新药研发为主)的应用场景挖掘,完成需求分析、原型设计及产品落地;
2. Participate in identifying and validating application scenarios of AI (particularly large language models, LLMs) in the biopharmaceutical domain, focusing on innovative drug development. Responsible for requirement analysis, prototype design, and product delivery.
3. 负责外部AI合作项目的管理,包括PoC验证设计与执行,撰写URS、PRD等关键文档;
4. Manage external AI collaboration projects, including PoC (Proof of Concept) design and implementation, and prepare core documentation such as URS and PRD.
5. 熟悉药物研发全流程,联合算法与工程团队,推动AI技术转化为临床开发、药物开发(如DeepResearch)等可落地解决方案;
6. Leverage deep understanding of the drug R&D lifecycle to collaborate with algorithm and engineering teams, transforming AI capabilities into implementable solutions (e.g., clinical development, computational drug discovery via DeepResearch, etc.).
7. 跟踪AI技术趋势及竞品动态,制定产品迭代策略和商业化路径;
8. Monitor AI industry trends and competitor landscape, and define product iteration strategies and go-to-market plans.
9. 负责用户反馈收集与数据分析,评估产品效果并持续优化用户体验;
10. Collect user feedback and perform data-driven evaluation of product performance to drive continuous improvement in user experience.
11. 协助产品文档撰写、跨部门沟通及项目管理工作。
12. Support product documentation, cross-functional communication, and project coordination tasks as needed.

【任职要求 | Requirements】

必备条件 | Must-Haves:

• 硕士及以上学历,计算机、化学、医学等相关专业(985理工背景优先);
• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Chemistry, Medicine, or related disciplines (STEM background from top-tier universities preferred).
• 了解AI基础技术(如LLM、agent workflow、回归/分类等),熟悉主流AI平台工具(如Hugging Face、Azure AI等);
• Solid understanding of AI fundamentals (e.g., LLMs, agent workflows, regression/classification models), with hands-on experience in mainstream AI platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, Azure AI).
• 具备产品思维,擅长逻辑分析与需求拆解,有产品设计或项目管理经验者优先;
• Strong product thinking with proven ability in logical reasoning and requirement breakdown; experience in product design or project management is a plus.
• 熟练使用Axure、Figma、Sketch等原型工具,具备SQL/Excel等基础数据分析能力;
• Proficient in wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, Figma, Sketch) and basic data analysis using SQL/Excel.
• 对AI技术商业化有浓厚兴趣,关注AIGC、AI图文生成、智能检索等行业前沿;
• Passionate about AI commercialization and familiar with cutting-edge applications such as AIGC, AI-generated content, and intelligent search.
• 有药物临床开发相关经验(硬性要求)。
• Hands-on experience in clinical drug development is a strict requirement.

• 参与过AI产品完整生命周期项目(需求分析至上线运营);
• Experience in managing full lifecycle of AI products—from requirement gathering to launch and post-deployment optimization.
• 熟悉产品商业化路径(如SaaS、API服务、软件集成等);
• Understanding of commercialization models such as SaaS, API-based services, or software integrations.
• 有健康/制药/医疗行业背景或项目经验;
• Background or project experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sectors.
• 能快速理解业务痛点,具备基础编程能力(如Python、JavaScript),能与技术团队高效沟通协作。
• Quick grasp of business pain points, with basic programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for effective communication with tech teams.
