Generative AI Intern

Description
As an intern on our team, you will contribute to research and prototyping efforts that shape the future of Apple's camera capabilities. You will collaborate closely with engineers across Apple to explore new idea and build innovative camera technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing a MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (e.g., VAE, MMDiT, Transfusion, MoT) and fine-tuning(such as LoRA, DPO) through research projects, or internships.
Proficiency with PyTorch.
Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with C++ is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large generative modeling(10B+) for image or video (e.g., text-to-image, text-to-video, video-to-video) through research projects, or internships.
Publications or submissions to conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, or SIGGRAPH
Demonstrated ability to take a project from exploration to a working prototype.
