Assistant Art Producer

工作职责:

  • Assist the producer in project management or independently lead small-scale projects
  • Assist in internal (other teams) and external (clients) communication
  • Complete tasks related to production management, including data report compilation and reporting
  • Manage the daily operations of the production team, including task assignment, feedback tracking, and submission
  • Complete other tasks assigned by immediate superiors
  • 协助制作人进行项目管理,或独立领导小型项目
  • 协助对内(其他团队)对外(客户)的沟通
  • 完成生产管理的相关任务,包括数据报表整理、汇报等
  • 管理生产团队的日常运作,包括任务分配、跟踪反馈、递交等
  • 完成由直属上级安排的其他任务

任职条件:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English, able to communicate with foreigners fluently
  • Successful project management (coordination) experience in previous work, serving as a project manager or coordinator
  • Self-driven and able to motivate the team to work effectively
  • Passion for gaming, art, or management, with a strong interest in the role of a game producer
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, analyzing, organizing, and presenting ideas
  • Strong logical thinking, able to make rational decisions based on facts and data
  • Strong analytical and learning abilities, able to quickly learn and improve oneself
  • (Plus) Overseas study experience
  • 熟练使用英语听说读写,能够与外国人无障碍交流
  • 在过往的工作中有成功的项目管理(协调)相关工作经验,担任项目管理者或协调员
  • 自我驱动型,能够激励团队有效工作
