The Opportunity

We are seeking an English Teacher (IGCSE and A-Level) to join our high school program at Beijing Renze High School, a beautifully appointed and historically significant campus in Beijing.

Facilities

To accommodate the diverse elective courses offered, the school is equipped with extensive teaching facilities. In addition to 24 regular classrooms, plans include a high-standard library, reading room, academic auditorium, "sky" café, subject-specific smart laboratories, an AI intelligent learning district, a campus television station, a studio, art gallery, creative studios, master creative workshops, and an artificial intelligence and VR experience center. Additionally, a STEAM innovation practice center, visual creation center, and aesthetic life spaces (including baking, tea art, flower arrangement, and hand painting) will enhance the learning environment.

About You

We are looking for a teacher who can:

• Deliver engaging, well-structured English lessons that develop deep conceptual understanding.

• Serve as a homeroom teacher, supporting the wellbeing and daily routines of the students in your group.

• Provide timely, constructive feedback to guide student progress and academic growth.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine and enhance the English program, supporting continuous improvement.

• Contribute positively to school-wide events and activities, helping shape a vibrant and supportive school community.
