What You Will Do 工作职责

• Delivers the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times. 确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, Feedback guests' complaints to Assistant Manager/Duty Manager immediately. 礼貌并有效地处理客人和员工的投诉或询问,将客人投诉立即汇报至助理经理或值班经理。
• Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate. 确保服务符合品牌标准的基本要求,适时提供更多可供选择的品牌服务。
• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests. 确认预抵和离店的详细信息,并提供行李和运输以及客人的要求的其他服务 。

What You Bring 任职条件

• College graduate or Certificate in Hotel Management 大学毕业文凭或酒店管理毕业证书
• Had experience in Guest Services Operations 有宾客服务部工作经验
• Intermediate English ability 中等英语水平
