Job Description:

● Gain insights into outbound travel market trends, formulate industry growth strategies, assist and empower Ant International's global regional operations, and collaborate with key industry merchants to boost the growth of Alipay's travel solutions business;

● Based on the needs of cross-border travel, combine platform/industry marketing resources, key moments, and engaging activities to develop industry marketing strategies and plans, enhance the brand awareness of Alipay's travel solutions, and achieve healthy user growth through productization;

● By combining user data and activity data, discover more marketing scenarios and methods that can be innovated through data, achieving sustainable business growth;

● Be able to collaborate efficiently with UED, product, and technology teams, playing a leading and decision-making role from project planning to launch; work closely with the marketing team to build marketing engagement and interaction, jointly promote the implementation of marketing strategies, and increase user activity.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in internet user growth and product operations. Prior experience in OTA, O2O, or outbound travel industries is preferred.

● Possesses a keen product sense and insight, strong data operation capabilities, and is adept at identifying and finding ways to achieve growth goals.

● Strong cross-team collaboration skills, capable of organizing, coordinating, and making decisions within a project team.

● Strong data analysis and consumer insight capabilities.
