We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our administrative team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Executive Office. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to administrative and operational requests from the Hotel Manager and Managing Director.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on internal requests such as order forms, meeting scheduling, and candidate interview arrangements.
  • Assist in drafting and updating hotel procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Translate internal documents and communications to support cross-functional understanding.
  • Participate in weekly hotel inspections and track action items with the Hotel Manager to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop presentations and visual materials for executive meetings and strategic initiatives as requested by General Management.
  • Liaise with various departments to support the implementation of management directives and ensure smooth communication flow.

General Requirements:

  • The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
  • Passionate about luxury hospitality
