We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Risk Governance Manager.  

Key responsibilities

•    Implement high standard of risk management, control and compliance as required by local regulatory requirement and Group policy. 

•    Support the business in implementation of NFR initiatives e.g. Perform Risk and Control Assessment (RCA), assist control owner on Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM), support issue and event management, etc.

•    Monitor the changes of regulations and internal controls for impact analysis, and provide advice to the business on action plan to minimize the risk exposure.

•    Coordinate periodic risk governance meetings to ensure proper governance and escalation.

•    Support control mechanism development to promote conduct culture and risk awareness among RB&W. 
   

  Qualifications - External University degree with at least 8 years' experiences in the Banking Industry.Good understanding of knowledge of RB&W business, internal control standards and Data analysis skill will be an added advantage.Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.Ability to communicate effectively with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
