Assistant to Chief Data Officer

Reporting to Chief Data Officer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the group's digital intelligence-driven strategy, be responsible for the formulation of digital strategic planning, blueprints and product roadmaps, and refine goals, policies and processes;

2. Responsible for the overall planning of the digital technology architecture within the group, responsible for the advancement and consistency of the technology architecture, and ensuring the implementation of the group's digital strategy;

3. Responsible for promoting process change and data governance, achieving end-to-end smoothing of the process, and solving data cleaning problems;

4. Responsible for the construction of digital team, attracting and cultivating the company's digital talent team;

5. Track digital development trends and technologies, and provide support and suggestions for digital development;

Qualifications:
  1. Master's degree or above, computer and other related majors, with background studying in the United States and work experience in the digital high-tech industry in the United States;
  2. More than 10 years of work experience, more than 5 years of technical or digital transformation management positions, management of product and technical teams of a certain size, and in-depth understanding of the model, operation and organizational form of digital enterprises;
  3. Have forward-looking, open and overall strategic thinking ability, dare to change, take the initiative to innovate, and have an entrepreneurial spirit;
  4. Have a solid technical vision, be highly sensitive to cutting-edge technology, and be familiar with the development trends of digital technology.
  5. 3 key skills/experience:
    • Have understanding of supply chain, marketing, warehousing and logistics system architecture
    • Have led dozens of people and have experience with hundreds of people.
    • Comprehensively understand the digital frontier, provide digital suggestions, build a digital blueprint with VP, and assist in promotion, implementation, and execution;

3、负责推动流程变革和数据治理,实现流程端到端的拉通,解决数据清理的问题;

4、负责数字化团队的建设,吸引、培养公司的数字化人才团队;

5、跟踪数字化发展趋势和技术,为数字化发展提供支持和建议;

二、任职资格:

1、硕士以上学历,计算机等相关专业,具备美国留学背景及美国数字化高科技行业工作经验;

2、10年以上工作经验,担任过5年以上技术或数字化转型管理层的职位,管理过一定规模的产品和技术团队,深度了解数字化企业的模式,运营及组织形式;

3、具有前瞻性、开放性、全局性的战略思考能力,敢于改变、主动创新、具有创业精神;

4、具备扎实的技术眼界,对前沿技术有高度的敏感性,熟悉数字技术发展趋势。

带过几十人,上百人经验,

对数字化前沿比较了解,提供数字化建议,与VP构建数字化蓝图,协助推动、落地、执行;
