Job Description
1- Strategic Partnerships:
Build and nurture collaborations with key government stakeholders, including NHSA, relevant associations, and think tanks, to ensure the company's strategic priorities are reflected in evolving policy frameworks, accelerate market access, and broaden patient access to innovative treatments.

通过搭建、开拓、加强与国家医疗保障局(NHSA)、医保相关学协会及智库的良好沟通关系,确保政策呼吁工作符合公司整体战略方向,持续优化有利于提升创新药准入及患者可及性的政策环境。

2- Advocacy Leadership
Develop and execute advocacy plans to establish JJIM's policy positions and shape favorable reimbursement policy environments, including but not limited to NRDL, drug pricing, VBP, multi-layered healthcare systems, DRG/DIP reform, and traceability codes. Proactively monitor and analyze policy trends to strengthen JJIM's competitive edge and ensure optimal outcomes for JJIM

密切跟踪、分析国家层面医保相关政策动态,包括但不限于医保目录准入、药品定价、集中采购、多层次医疗保障体系建设、DRG/DIP支付方式改革及追溯码等事项。深刻理解政策导向和趋势,开发建立JJIM政策建议立场、并设计、发起、开展相关政策倡导活动,推动政策的持续优化和落地以强化JJIM竞争优势。

3- Policy Research
Initiate, design, and carry out policy research projects related to reimbursement policies in collaboration with associations and think tanks. Communicate our recommendation on value to government through these projects. Utilize the outcomes to support business strategy.

主导发起、设计并执行与相关协会及智库合作的医保政策研究项目。通过这些项目向政府部门传递基于价值的政策建议,并利用政策研究结果为业务战略提供支持。

4- Policy Alignment
Provide policy consultation regarding central reimbursement policies and support the company's strategies for new products and projects. Lead internal efforts to mobilize cross-functional actions that address policy opportunities and challenges,

及时向公司提供政策分享、解读及分析,精准评估医保政策的业务影响,支持准入和业务策略制定。协调并动员内部跨部门团队,最大化政策机遇,最小化政策风险。

Job Requirements
1- Solid work experience in the healthcare industry, with at least 8 years in government affairs or related fields.
具备扎实的医疗健康行业工作经验,且在政府事务或相关领域具有至少8年的工作经历。

2- Demonstrated experience in building strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, associations, and think tanks.
在建立、拓展和维护与政府部门、相关学协会及智库的战略合作关系方面具有丰富经验。

3- Deep understanding of China's healthcare system, reimbursement policy environment, and policy trends.
深度理解中国医疗体系及医保政策环境和政策趋势。

4- Fluent in speaking and writing English.
英语口语及书面表达流畅(专业沟通无障碍)。

5- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
熟练掌握Microsoft Office软件(Excel、Word、PowerPoint等)。
