Finance Analyst(APAC)

About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Finance Analyst to support our APAC finance team. This role blends data-driven financial analysis with day-to-day operational tasks, offering a well-rounded experience in a dynamic regional setting. You will help drive insights through data while ensuring smooth execution of essential finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Support monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and management reporting.

• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.

• Process Improvement

• Participate in finance digitalization initiatives, such as automation and system enhancements.

• Identify and help implement opportunities to improve efficiency across APAC finance processes.

• Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

• Finance Operations

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, including but not limited to e-banking and reconciliations.

• Support month-end closing activities
• Help prepare documents for audits, tax, biddings and etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of finance or accounting experience; familiarity with multi-country operations is a plus. High-potential fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Solid accounting knowledge and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with Oracle ERP, Power BI, or similar tools is highly valued. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across the APAC region.
