This leadership role serves as the primary IT contact for the Southern China campus, partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Automation, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated technology solutions. The position combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, driving digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as IT Site Lead, building strong relationships with business stakeholders


• Lead design, development, and support of manufacturing systems across Southern China


• Ensure stable manufacturing operations and support strategic initiatives


• Evaluate and implement solutions in AI, Digital 4.0, automation, and data analytics


• Manage site and regional projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams


• Align with global IT strategy and leverage shared services for efficiency


• Maintain a strategic digital roadmap and track ROI on technology investments


• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies

Leadership & Collaboration


• Supervise the site's manufacturing technology team


• Foster continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration


• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Qulifications:


• 10+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing or operations, with team leadership experience


• Strong knowledge of software lifecycle, CSV, QMS, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance


• Experience with PAS, BAS, MES, CMMS, and GAMP validation practices


• Skilled in project/vendor management, SOP documentation, and agile/DevOps environments


• Fluent in both Chinese and English

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with relevant experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Digital 4.0 systems
