• Purpose /Role of the job /: Describe in 1 phrase what contribution the job is expected to make to the organisation's objectives Logistics specialist is responsible for daily shipment of import & export, domestics transportation and ex-warehouse operations.
• The role of this position is responsible for shipment tracking closely applied with related national and international law and regulation, be sure of all shipment on time delivery and all doc declared under customs and trade compliance with company safety regulation.

Business uncertainty and external logistics resources make big influence on logistic operation to meet business demand in time. Local environment and labour law is big influential factor to operate warehouse and transportation

• Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job: Describe the main results expected from the job
• Key Result Area : Inland transportation.

Import/export transportation. Major activities: Inland Transportation:

• Forwarder and trucking company management to ensure all activities are strictly under Company's logistics requirement
• Follow domestic transportation SOP closely by daily tracking to meet production and customer's demands.
• Logistics routine and transportation mode optimization, acquiring better service with low cost and risk control
• Maintain & optimize Emergency plan, be alert of Emergency issue like Holiday, emergency issue, severe weather, Strike, etc.
• Coordinate for Emergency information collecting, verifying and distributed to relative department
• Train forwarders regularly to ensure every related driver be able to implement INEO's emergency plan effectively
• Claim and compensation for loss during transportation
• SAP process including PR/SO/DO creation
• Logistics service provider performance monitor and record
• KPI weekly updated
• Billing reconciliation with service providers
• Documents with Finance for payment settlement and filing purposes Import/export transportation:
• Following up delivery scheduling and shipping doc verification
• Coordinate with forwarder for RMs import tracking.
• Maritime and Customs clearance handling, settling inspection by Customs or CIQ if needed
• H.S code pre-classification to make sure correct customs declaration
• Claim and compensation for loss during transportation
• Customs and logistics solution design for special cases, like processing trade, returns
• Timely collect export customs doc and declare tax rebate on E-port website
• Billing reconciliation with vendor's, wharf and delivery invoice for payment settlement
• Keep each document in record for filling and auditing inside and outside.
• Coordinate Logistics officer, to achieve all processes and operations accord with compliance requirements.
• Continually and timely update Lesson learned and weekly report. Outcome:

Satisfied OTIF.

• Key Result Areas : Ex-warehouse inventory and dispatching management

Major Activities

• Stock replenishment by inventory review and forecast review
• DO creation after sales order released by CS and credit release by credit team
• Confirm delivery plan with ex-Warehouse by sending delivery instruction
• Monitoring local delivery or customer self-pick up and COA creation to customer.
• Warehouse cost verification, check invoice and required doc for payment settlement
• Update stock status to business
• Outbound delivery report

Outcome
Stable goods receipt and delivery service at external warehouse as planned.

• Audit of hauler and external warehouse suppliers. (Asset care, Company audits)
• ISO & and other country and chemical industry regulation and transport regulation co-ordinate for auditing Outcome:
• No violation of SHE rules and on-time reporting on demand
• Required profile: Level of education & Knowledge:
• Bachelor degree major in supply chain, logistic or engineering
• More than 2 years supply chain experience Experience in general:
• In-depth know-how of import and export process and operation.
• Knowledge of Chinese chemical projects industry including logistics regulations Technical skills:
• Familiar with international and domestics transportation rule
• Good acknowledge of stock management
• Skilled in data analysis
• Well Knowledge of SAP system
• Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Competencies, Behavioral skills: (acc. to competency profile and required level of descriptions)
• Be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of negotiation and organizing skill
• Excellent communication skill
• Performance indicators: Describe the criteria allowing to measure to what extent the results are achieved - related to the accountabilities
• Sales order OTIF (actual arrival date vs confirmed arrival date)
• Truck OTIF (site arrival time vs scheduled arrival time)
• Truck and driver safety performance
• Truck rush order
• External warehouse stock counting accuracy.
• Slow moving/block stock report of external warehouse.
