Associate / Senior - Control Assurance - Beijing

Control Assurance is focused on Control related advisory services, including Internal Audit, IPO Control Readiness, Financial Control Testing, Data Governance and Internal Controls / Finance /Digital Transformation with technology tools and assets. Through this we help clients to build resilience, confidence and trust in their systems, processes and internal controls.

• Focus on providing internal control advisory services, internal audit, risk management and process optimization for our clients
• Effective organization and full exchange of internal and external information resources based on client's needs to ensure high quality delivery of projects
• Assist project managers/AIC to effectively manage engagement resources and follow business opportunities

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

• University graduates or above in Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Technology and other related disciplines relevant to the role
• Minimum of one year of experience in internal audit, internal control advisory, financial reporting audit and/ or other related disciplines relevant to the role
• Holder of certifications such as CISA, CIA, CISSP, CPA and/or other related certifications would be an advantage
• Ability to perform internal audit independently on main business cycles such as sales, inventory, procurement, etc. and certain specific area such as expense audit as required
• Ability to identify value-added internal control related findings and provide practical improvement suggestions.
• Ability to perform data analytics using common data analytics tools
• With good track record of delivering high quality projects, proactive in taking responsibility, with excellent stress resistance and learning ability
• Exposure and practical project experience to ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, or UFSoft, etc.) and/ or cloud based applications over key business processes would definitely be an advantage
• Business knowledge of specific industries, e.g. manufacturing and consumer business would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Flexibility in traveling
