We Are Hiring the Following Unreal Engine Roles:

1.
Lighting Technical Artist (灯光 TA)

  • Develop high-quality lighting solutions
  • Look-dev setup & scene lighting optimization
  • Material adjustments & improving overall lighting quality

2.
Animation Technical Artist (动画 TA)

  • UE5 animation system development
  • Control Rig, IK, cloth simulation, physics, ALS
  • Animation workflow optimization & asset standards

3.
Environment Rendering Technical Artist – Art Focused (场景渲染 TA / 偏美术)

  • Scene rendering R&D based on concept art
  • Shader development, TOD system, multi-platform rendering
  • Material pipeline & art workflow optimization

4.
Character Rendering Technical Artist (角色渲染 TA)

  • High-fidelity PBR/NPR character rendering
  • UE material creation & visual benchmarks
  • Rendering workflow, optimization, and VFX collaboration

5.
Unreal Engine Developer (UE 引擎开发)

  • UE engine feature development & customization
  • Rendering & performance optimization
  • Engine tools, workflow improvements, memory/rendering optimization


General Requirements (Common Across All Roles)

  • Proven UE project experience (UE5 preferred)
  • Strong understanding of
    UE rendering pipeline, materials, lighting, or animation systems
    (depending on role)
  • Solid foundation in
    computer graphics / rendering / shaders / animation / performance
  • Proficient in at least one DCC tool:
    Maya / 3ds Max / Blender / Houdini
  • Ability to analyze issues & propose solutions
  • Good communication, collaboration, and responsibility
  • Ability to support multi-discipline art & tech teams
  • Strong aesthetic judgment (for art-focused roles)
  • Strong coding or shader knowledge (for rendering / developer roles)
