I. Position Summary

This position is responsible for customer service activities within Hardgoods Department., with the objective of support and coordinator Chemical/ FCM Project testing process.

该岗位是负责支持和协调轻工部所有化学,食品级测试项目进单测试。

II. Job Responsibilities

  • Sorting sample components for chemical and FCM test orders including component's photos according to the

client's requirement and test standard, ensure the information is current and to follow the internal process, accurately create checklist/worklist in CDMS,Starlims and Tlims system, including re-testing and additional sample; 50%

依据客户要求和法规制作化学/FCM 样品测试分样清单,分类描述测试部位,匹配测试项目,以及测点照片,确保信息符合现行的测试标准,并符合内部流程。准确地在CDMS,Starlims和Tlims系统创建测试清单,包括重测和补样项目。

  • Maintain the KA customer's sorting SOP clearly and correctly, and do presentations to sorting team members

and related CS,TS etc.; 15%

清晰正确的记录和维护大客户sorting SOP,并向sorting组内成员和相关CS,TS等进行培训和讲解;

  • Coordinate projects among CS Specialist, chemical lab ,TS ,reporting team and etc. during the whole process to ensure the project process smooth; 15%

与客服,化学实验室,技术和报告组等沟通协调,确保整个项目顺利进行;

  • Provide timely feedback to supervisor or other related people about customer's request or enquired; 10%

关于客户测试要求和需求,提供及时的反馈给主管或相关人员;

  • Behavior a professional image to the customers consistently to enhance the customer's trust; 5%

  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager. 5%

III. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or related majors;

化学等相关专业本科或以上学历;

  • At least 1~2 years Chemical Project experience, experience in EU/US market products or FCM testing project is preferred;

1~2年的化学项目经验,特别是EU/US 市场的产品测试或食品级测试经验优先;

  • Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;

勤奋, 自我激励,自强,有较强的团队合作精神;

  • Good communication and coordination skill;

良好的沟通协调能力;

  • Physical condition allows normal working and can work independently and efficiently

身体条件适应正常工作并能独立自主高效工作;

  • Good computer skill, such as MS office;

  • Good command of written and reading English.
