  • Responsible for greeting visitors and customers, manage conference rooms and offer the service.
  • Responsible for telephone exchange in a professional manner, answer and transfer to extension, message record.
  • Responsible for job-applicant guidance, distribute interview-application form and notice related employee for the interview.
  • Support for administrative related work.
  • Be responsible for attendance system. Provide the exact data of employee's overtime, annual leave, day-off, etc.
  • Submit the monthly attendance report in time.
  • Deliver exceptional attendance report weekly.
  • Abide by the regulation of IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO 50001, and take the responsibility in Health, Safety, Environment, Energy and Quality written in company system documents.
  • Have the responsibility and obligation to protect company information and property. Any violation behavior of company's safety management regulations must be stopped as soon as it is found, and notice supervisor and EHS manager immediately.
  • Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
