Our client is one US sourcing office with strong business growth and competitive package on the market.
Role Overview:
- Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
- Leads product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development and manufacturing to market launch.
- Sourcing supplier and support suppliers on home appliance product development.
- Develops products by identifying potential products, conducting American market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
Ideal Profile:
- Home appliance industry product innovation and development track record
- 10 years' Product development Leadership and managerial experience
- Supplier management and customer engagement
- Ability to interact effectively and gain credibility with internal associates at all levels as well as external third parties
- Experience with category management strategies, opportunity diagnostic of delivering business impact
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
