工作职责
1. 负责相关知识产权交易运营相关项目执行与推进,包括专利包交易,专利许可或行权项目,专利池类运营平台建设等;
2. 负责EOU/CC的制作和核实,专利稳定性评估,及其相关工作;
3. 负责专利包的技术解读与评估,根据技术/产品实施分类及分级标签管理;
4. 负责目标技术的专利检索与分析,特定行业数据的收集、整理和分析,及其相关工作。

任职要求
1.本科学历及以上,具备3年以上律所、公司、服务机构或科技公司从事专利工作的经验,在专利许可或者专利交易或者检索与分析或者EOU/CC制作或复核方面有经验;
2.拥有软件通讯、半导体、新能源、物联网、人工智能或消费类电子等相关技术背景;
3.具有优秀的口头和书面表达能力、逻辑分析能力、商务谈判能力、综合管理与团队组织协调能力;
4.较强的英文读写能力,能够准确、高效分析解读各类英文专业类文献;
5.熟练应用AI 、EXCEL、PPT和 WORD工具。
