We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Assistant, Global Incorporations-Client Solutions. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Global Incorporations-Client Solutions, this full-time and permanent position is based in China, Foshan and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Global Incorporations-Client Solutions and its' growth.

Key responsibilities:

Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating and storingCrosscheck and verify data keyed into the databases for accuracyCompile, verify and sort information to prepare documents for company statutory filing. Review data for completeness and accuracy,resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documentsScan documents and email stamped statutory documents to clientsFollow up on document status with internal departments, local and overseas registry and overseas branchesComply with data integrity and security policiesSupport team leader on ad-hoc projects and tasks

Key requirements:

Associate degree holder1 - 2 years of working experience in business field, prior experience in data entryHigh level skills for details and figures, fast to learn and can perform well under deadline and minimum supervisionHigh proficiency in MS Office, Word (English and Chinese) and Excel, proficiency both in Chinese and English, Cantonese is an advantage
