• General Purpose of the Position: 1.1Making sure that all quality processes, procedures, tools, measures are followed by MFG. He represents the client inside the company and he is a member of the Technical Committee for plant.

1.2Monitor quality performance throughout the whole plant and regularly report quality performance to plant manager and divisional quality director 1.3Monitor IATF16949 system development status and maintain quality control in terms of international automotive industry requirements.

• Major Responsibilities:

2.1To deal with the internal product & process failure found by manufacturing process. 2.2Prepare for Internal EMPB and support PPAP submissions to customer. 2.3Involve the quality release activity of production line including for the necessary documents as Control plan, Inspection plan, Critical samples etc. 2.4To organize the new Employee's training & assement for quality skill related. 2.5Create routine Product Audit &Requalification Planning and Well Follow up. 2.6Perform routine internal process audit (VDA6.3) ,LPA and follow up audit findings and improvement program. 2.7 To monitor the internal quality performance status and report in stat' toolings. 2.8 To identify and propose quality improvement opportunities and well implementing. 2.9 Support daily work related with customer claim handling.

• Skills and Abilities/Qualification: 3.1Above Bachelor,Major in Electronics or its equivalent 3.2Knowledge of total quality tools (5 tools(FMEA;SPC;PPAP;APQP;MSA);6 Sigma.) 3.3Skill for English communication by oral and written 3.4Basic knowledge of IATF 16949/VDA Standard

3.5Be similar with the customer quality requirement of Automotive industry 3.6Familiar with Excel and word software etc.

• Experience: 4.1At least 4 years quality experiences in mechanical or manufacturing Industry and be familiar with the workshop quality Management
