  • Powering the Corporate Engine: Act as the strategic HR partner to the company's central "brain" departments (e.g., Strategy, Finance, HR, Legal, International Marketing). Your work directly influences corporate decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Grow on the Fast Track: In the context of rapid global expansion, your talent acquisition delivery will directly translate into the organization's core combat effectiveness.

What You Will Achieve

This role will fully support the HRBP needs of the corporate headquarters functions, with approximately 70% of focus dedicated to the recruitment and delivery of overseas talent.

Overseas Recruitment (Core Focus)

  • Gain a deep understanding of the overseas business needs of corporate functions (e.g., Finance, Strategy, HR, Legal, Marketing) to develop and execute effective overseas recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level overseas positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation, ensuring both quality and timeliness.
  • Explore and maintain overseas recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, local job platforms) and build overseas talent mapping and talent pools.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding matters for overseas hires and collaborate with overseas HR teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

General HRBP Work

  • Serve as a strategic partner to corporate functions, deeply understanding business logic and team dynamics to provide professional and practical HR solutions.
  • Drive the full performance management cycle, assisting business units with goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Participate in talent development programs, focusing on the identification, cultivation, motivation, and retention of key talent.
  • Assist in handling employee relations matters, enhancing team cohesion and employee engagement.
  • Promote the embedding and传承 of company culture and values within the corporate functions.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP supporting corporate functions or mid-to-back-office departments.
  • Substantial experience in overseas recruitment is essential, with a proven track record of independently closing multiple mid-to-senior level overseas positions. Familiarity with major overseas talent markets (e.g., Europe, US, Southeast Asia) is required.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication for business purposes.
