Job Scope

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems and APIs. (负责设计、开发和维护高性能、可扩展的后端系统及 API)
  • Optimize database schemas and queries to ensure system stability and efficiency. (优化数据库架构和查询,确保系统稳定高效)
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other teams to implement technical solutions. (与前端、产品及其他团队协作,推动技术方案落)
  • Participate in system architecture design and establish development best practices. (参与系统架构设计,制定开发最佳实践)
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot system issues.(编写高质量代码,进行代码审查,排查和解决系统问题)
  • Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge. (指导初级工程师,分享技术经验)

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of backend development experience. (计算机科学或相关领域学士或以上学位,5 年以上后端开发经验)
  • Proficient in Go (preferred) or Python, with solid backend development experience. (精通 Go(首选)或 Python)
  • Familiar with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) and its core services. (深入理解至少一家主流云厂商(AWS, GCP, 阿里云)的核心服务、API)
  • Experienced with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform/Pulumi). (精通 Terraform 或 Pulumi )
  • Skilled in PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ/SQS). (熟练使用 PostgreSQL、Redis 及消息队列(如 RabbitMQ、SQS)
  • Experience integrating with OpenAI API or other large language model (LLM) services is a plus.(具备调用 OpenAI API 或类似 LLM 服务的经验)
  • Experience in multi-cloud environments, Web3 infrastructure operations, or secret management tools (e.g., Vault) is a plus. (有多云环境开发经验;具备 Web3 基础设施运维知识;熟悉 Vault 等密钥管理工)
