What you'll do:

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking IT Manager, eCommerce to manage and develop our business software systems, ensuring they are stable, efficient, and aligned with our growth ambitions. You will combine technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of both online and offline consumer shopping experiences to drive our eCommerce and omnichannel capabilities forward.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the stability and functionality of existing business software and networks.
  • Develop and adapt software solutions to support evolving business needs.
  • Establish effective software management systems for the local market.
  • Ensure our technology infrastructure scales seamlessly with business growth.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above (preferred) in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of software management or development experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong understanding of the consumer purchase journey across digital and physical channels
  • Solid project management skills and familiarity with software engineering principles, architecture models, and development processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience bringing overseas content or systems into the China market is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, hands-on approach
