Principal Responsibilities

  • Manage Ops project budgets, including budget register, control and reconcile
  • Communicate with Group IBGO & risk management to ensure all Regional policy implementation and execution in China ops
  • Coordinate on staff engagement activities and PoP events for HO&SH Ops
  • Monitor daily Rolling Account Inspection/Returned Mail operation to fulfill regulator's requirements, and ensure the rolling account inspection quarterly and half year KPI's fulfilled
  • Timely provide the risk control MIS reports and regulatory reports including cross border financing quota daily monitoring report, pending Finacle update CDD case report, MJE volume quarterly report, DBS CN RMB Nostro Account quarterly report, GSIB report and etc
  • Handle the received Corporate Credit Enquiry Dispute and Corporate credit enquiry information online update operation
  • Timely organize team related procedure review, perform self-inspection and annual assessment, organize training to ensure related Group operational risk control policy and requirement are well implemented, including TPDOA, UDMA, Residual Risk, MJE, Monthly EWSS QA and RCSA etc
  • Organize China Ops teams to establish and update the BCP plan, complete the BCP documents, conduct the annual BCP drill
  • Organize NCA cost allocation parameter review and update. Work with BU & FIN SU to analysis the actual cost occurred
  • Monthly track the SCM updated statues and report to regional IBGO. Prepare Group IBGO cadence meeting material

Education And Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor's degree holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in banking operations or BAU supporting work
  • Good knowledge on banking operation is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred
  • Proficient in commonly used data analysis software e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, etc
  • Good PC skills and good command of English and Mandarin
  • Good data visualization skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and insightful charts and reports
  • Good communication skill and problem-solving skill
  • Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline
