  • Install and commission machinery, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.

安装和调试设备,确保功能正常并符合安全标准。

  • Ensure CR production equipment smooth running, solving mechanical issues.

确保CR生产设备稳定运行,处理机械问题

  • To carry out preventive maintenance schedule and checklist strictly, and timely update related checklist and related SOP

根据设备保养计划严格安排和执行设备保养工作,并根据设备的实际情况更新

保养清单和相关的操作指导书

  • To setup system to analyze and track machines efficiency / breakdown.

建立分析和跟踪机器效率/故障的系统

  • To plan and execute continuous improvement projects relating to production machines to improve availability.

计划和实施持续改善,提高生产设备的可利用率

  • To maintain key spare parts management.

关键备件的管理

  • Support and perform the modification of major machine

支持并配合执行设备的技术改造

  • Support, arrange and coordinate the machine overhaul during plant mobilization.

设备搬厂时候支持配合安排协调设备大修

  • Other tasks assigned by superior

上级交代的其它事项 Requirements 任职要求:

  • Major in Mechanical, electrical PLC knowledge would be preferred.

机械专业背景,有气自动化控制系统择优

  • More 6 years work experience of CNC machines mechanical repairing

6年以上数控设备机械维修工作经验

  • Profound mechanical repair (grinder/milling/lathe ect) and mechanical retrofit

精通数控磨床,铣床,车床等设备的机械维修, 机械改造

  • Familiar with MS PPT, Word, Excel, ect

熟悉PPT,Word, Excel 等

  • Good command of oral and written English

良好的英语口语和书面语

  • Be able to work under pressure, committed, dedicated and conscientious.

能够在压力下工作,忠诚,敬业,有责任心

  • Obey EHS and 5S rules during work.

遵循EHS和5S规范作业。
