,并同时升级性能、架构与研发流程。我们在寻找一些能"上手即战斗"的
Flutter 高级工程师
:既能亲自落地、也能积极推进,并在重构完成后长期负责前端方向。

你将负责

  • Flutter 重构
    :确定技术路线、组件库与状态管理方案,构建可复用的设计系统与工程脚手架。
  • 性能与体验优化
    :首屏性能、动画/手势流畅度、内存与包体积控制,弱网与低端机适配。
  • 跨端能力
    :iOS/Android 构建发布、原生插件/Platform Channels 集成(如生物识别、相机、推送、深链等)。
  • 团队建设
    :做 code review/技术培训,沉淀文档与组件库。
  • 迁移路径
    :制定 RN→Flutter 的分阶段灰度方案(模块/页面分批切换、数据层兼容、联调回归)。

任职要求(必须)

  • 5年以上
    移动端或跨端经验,
    3年以上 Flutter/Dart 生产经验
    (或2+个中大型Flutter商业项目完整负责经历)。
  • 深入理解
    Flutter 渲染/布局/手势/Isolate
    ,能熟练使用
    Provider/Riverpod/Bloc/Cubit
    等状态管理;具备复杂动画与自绘能力(CustomPainter/Implicit&Explicit Animations)。
  • 有
    混合栈迁移
    实战(RN/原生 → Flutter);能设计稳定的
    模块化架构
    (分层/依赖倒置/路由与生命周期治理)。
  • Native 基础
    :iOS(Swift/Objective-C)或 Android(Kotlin/Java)至少掌握其一;能开发/维护平台通道插件。
  • 性能诊断:熟练使用
    Flutter DevTools
    、性能追踪、内存/帧率分析、启动优化与包体积优化。
  • 沟通与领导力:能够
    独立推进
    战略任务、拆解里程碑,带领小团队交付成果。
  • 英文文档阅读能力良好。
