岗位描述/Department Mission

As a Project Manager of Software and Hardware Platform, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing CDCU(Central Domain Control Unit)/LDCU(Left Domain Control Unit)/RDCU(Right Domain Control Unit) development project throughout complete project cycle from kick-off to SOP. You will ensure that project are delivered on time within scope and within budget. You will coordinate internal resources and 3rd parties/vendors to ensure successful execution of projects.

主要职责/Your Responsibilities:

Technical key words:

1.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and key stakeholders.

2.Develop full-scale project plans(including system, software, hardware, and testing plan) and associated communication documents.

3.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear way.

4.Manage project resource/budget needs and allocation.

5.Organize project development activities and trace execution progress.

6.Develop and deliver status reports.

7.Organize project delivery preparation for software/hardware/product release.

8.Identify project risk and dependencies, take mitigating action and escalate in time.

9.Adhere to development processes and quality standards, ensuring project delivery compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

岗位要求/Required Qualification:

1.Education: Major in Computer science, Electronic, or similar subject with Bachelor degree or above

2.Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in embedded development in the automotive industry, familiarity with automotive electronic systems.

3.Knowledge, skills and abilities: 

Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the automotive control unit project development.

Solid experience in project management, including the use of project management tools and methodologies.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Demonstrated leadership and decision-making ability.

Ability to motivate and lead a virtual project team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

PMP certification is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and challenges.

Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities. Capability for driving  for result and leading team to achieve target in dynamic and challenging environments.
