我们是滴滴国际化交易市场诊断团队。国际化出行业务作为滴滴最重要的增长方向之一,我们深入其最核心的交易市场方向,运用机器学习、算法、因果推断等量化模型,解决各个区域的资源分配&收益管理问题,闭环产出方案、落地策略。团队包容、年轻、多元。团队有着完善的培养机制、足够的空间等着你来大展拳脚

Job Responsibility,


• Conduct diagnostic research in macro supply & demand and user persona to achieve business goals


• Develop & align core decision-making frameworks across multi-functional teams, and propose feasible strategies


• Facilitate quantitative analysis to support regional operation


• Present analytical results to the leadership team


• Collaborate with other teams to implement & evaluate tests in order to understand different strategy use-cases and refine framework by scenarios

Qualification,


• Master's degree (highly preferred) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar disciplines


• 1 - 5 year's experiences working in data science or business analytics related field


• GPA - 3.5 or higher is preferred


• Strong proficiency in query language (e.g. SQL) and programming skills (e.g. Python, R)


• Knowledge in Machine Learning, Causal Inference and Optimization Methodology is a plus


• Strong presentation skills in Mandarin and English
