Senior R&D Engineer for Chips:

1. Conduct research and selection of equipment and consumables for this position, output technical indicators for selection, and collaborate to complete procurement, installation, commissioning and acceptance;

2. Ensure the normal operation of the equipment and working space in this position, continuously carry out process optimization to ensure that the output of the position meets the project progress requirements of the company;

3. Engage in theoretical and engineering learning, carry out design and verification according to project requirements, conduct process optimization and quality evaluation, and maintain technological iteration and update;

4. Write process implementation and related process standardization documents, provide training and supervision to production staff, and assist in improving production process yield and stability.

5. Bachelor's or higher degree in semiconductor-related fields, such as microelectronics, physics, or optoelectronics technology;

6. Familiar with the manufacturing process and understand the equipment used; possess strong practical skills;

7. Have strong abilities in test design and data analysis; possess a spirit of teamwork.

8. Ensure the normal operation of the equipment and working space in this position, continuously optimize the testing process to improve production testing efficiency, and ensure that the output of this position meets the project progress requirements of the company;

9. Compile standardized documents related to the implementation of testing processes, and conduct training and supervision for production staff.
