Contractor_Staff Analyst DO_3394

Ensure effective & efficient execution of respective Distribution Operations (DO) assignments, to meet Great China (GC) Distribution Business Goals and comply with Company's Compliance Policies. Base on company data warehouse to develop and maintain digital solutions (e.g. dashboards, automatic reports, alert subscription...) for the sales organization's needs to enable business management and improve sales efficiency and productivity. Provide accurate data and insightful review materials for regular and ad hoc analytics exercises. Be first contact point for DO digitalization, responsible for team Q&A, user instructions/guidelines, daily issues and data system/process enhancement. Support organization/team projects and other DO activities when required, such as IT Fusion, Target Setting / Revision, Distribution Account Bluebook, Customer Master Data (CMD) Hub maintenance, etc. Responsible to follow up assigned tasks within given time or under pressure Bachelor's degree (preferably major in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computing, Mathematics, Finance, Business). At least 3 years of working experience in data analyst role; Experience in semiconductor industry, distribution business, sales operations, and international companies is an advantage. Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin and English.
