Brand Manager
About the role:
Brand Manager for Parodontax brand in Oral MKT team, directly report to Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate SMM to develop annual brand growth plan across multi-channels. Communication strategy development, campaign (include social campaign) development & execution. Business management: monthly business tracking and analysis Be accountable for delivery of annual brand P&L with daily budget management. Communication with/ Manage agency (media agency/ digital agency/ production agency etc.) and cross-functional relationships (shopper marketing, TMK, sales etc.) to deliver results
Essential
Qualifications and skills
- Understand commercial operating models of marketing, channels, P&L management, budget planning etc. and have experience of handling businesses as brand owner.
- Capable of framing and conceptualizing business problems, embedding business strategies and plans; able to connect and synthesize data sources, research outputs and market trends into business.
- Able to establish relationships across internal functions and external partners to drive good results; Have project management experience, able to structure workplans and deliver projects managing for quality, time and budget.
- Capable of engaging agency with good communication skills.
- Result oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude; Quickly learn and recover from setbacks.
Preferred
- Above 2 years of professional experience with direct experience in FMCG MKT background.
- Experience of working across functions as an individual contributor.
- Experience of digital/social/ E-commerce is welcomed.
